The municipal library in Braunschweig is one of the biggest communal libraries in Lower Saxony. Here you find a versatile range of multi-media products for entertainment, information, further education and research: historical old books as well as new bestsellers, films, music CDs, games, pictures and much more.
You also find the 'Artothek' (a picture library) and the 'Wilhelm-Raabe-Forschungsstelle' (research centre) in the library.
