St. Martini Cemetery
Famous people from Braunschweig are buried here like Hermann Toennies (1694-1770), the poet Johann Anton Leisewitz (1752-1806) and the painter Rudolf Friedrich Henneberg (1825-1876).
The historically important and valuable cemetery has been designed as a welcoming park.
