On the fringe of the Magni Quarter stands the Happy RIZZI House, designed by the interna-tionally renowned New York artist James Rizzi. The Braunschweig gallery owner Olaf Jaeschke initiated the project. The Braunschweig architect Konrad Kloster carried out the construction, completing it in 2001. Today it is an office building and is therefore not open to the public.
