the following travel terms and conditions are valid for package tour offers (all travel services according to § 651 a para. 1 of the BGB – German Civil Code). They will determine the travel contract in the case of a booking between you – hereinafter referred to as ‘Guest’ – and us the travel operators – hereinafter referred to as ‘Braunschweig Stadtmarketing GmbH’ in accordance with the stipulations for bookings in §§ 651 a - m BGB.
